$10k From USDA Available to Salem County Senior Homeowners

Do you know that $10k is available from the USDA to Salem County Seniors that are homeowners? Habitat for Humanity runs a Handyman program. We typically do ramps but we are a great resource for modifications and repairs to make the home more accessible.

Applications are available at the Habitat Restore. Contact Habitat @ 856 299-7995 for an appointment with our Handyman Bill Nelson to see if you qualify for the grant funding! 1% loans are available too for qualifying individual homeowners, not just seniors. This is a HUGE help if you need a new roof or septic and don’t have the funds out of pocket to do the repairs.
